2015 Homeless Point-in-Time Count

In compliance with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD), the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care, with the help of over one hundred community volunteers, conducted the 2015 Point-In-Time Count of Mendocino County’s sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals between the dates of January 22 and January 29, 2015.

The data collected during the Point-In-Time Count is currently being analyzed and collated by Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) staff and the Continuum of Care’s Point-In-Time Committee to produce the final report which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by April 30, 2015.

The 2015 Point-In-Time Count report will be presented to the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors on May 5, 2015, by HHSA and Homeless Services Continuum of Care’s Point-In-Time Committee.

Mendocino County HHSA, as the lead agency for the Homeless Services Continuum of Care would also like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation for the numerous volunteers and various participating community agencies for their contribution with the completion of this county-wide project.
